And i get exacly what u meen about people caliing u names just because ur a vegatarian even my family does it and iv only been veatarian for a week and its already started . i cant see how people eat meat knowing that its just a poor little animal that diddnt do nothing to anyone . You see my problem is that everyone i know that has been vegatarian had to stop because they became deathly sick and so far nothing has happend to me but i still want to pravent it from happening but i dont really know what vidamins i need so i wont get sick and my mom wont tell me because she thinks its stupid that im turning vegatarian and they will perposly eat meat in fron of me and it makes me so frustraited because i dont seewhat it will hurt if they just eat in the KITCHEN where they r supposed to instead of in the living room with me .But i just really need ur advice what should i do and what do i need to eat so i wont get sick PLEEEEZ write back .
