If someone hasn't already told you, the discussion board for VEG BEGINNERS on this site would be a great place to post this message. Bryanna is VERY helpful and full of all kinds of great ideas. She is great for recipes, general info, etc. Lots of new vegetarian beginners there (like myself), so you won't feel silly about asking questions that most beginners think of.
