I am new to this so forgive the ignorance. I was on a "diet" trying to eat healthier and cut out alot of meat and dairy. I felt much better and had more energy so I know there's something to this. I have recently back slid in my eating habits. I would like to know the differences in Veganism and Vegetarianism and some info or where to get the info on how I change my family's eating style. I must say to keep it real I don't have a problem w/ eating meat although I don't like the chemicals and the cruel treatment of the animals on factory farms. I don't mind giving up meat if I can learn more on how. We have always been a meat and potato kind of family. Oh and dairy, how do I replace dairy? Thanks for the help.
