My boyfriend and I have started a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. I am making sure to get all the necessary nutrients and healthy food into my diet but I am getting worried about my boyfriend. When I was looking through the posts on here, I found a term that fits him just right. He is a "junk food vegetarian". He has been getting sick and not getting what he needs everyday. Any advice on how to get him to eat better???
