Hello, Hang in there, your family will get used to your new choices in eating/living healthy. Just stick to your vegan diet, and read lots of books, magazines, and websites and such. You could try to make some vegan dishes for your family to let them see that there are lots of great tasting meals out there. Maybe try to slip in some "seitan" in to one of their dinners, see if they like it. Going vegan is a great way to stay healthy, just try to cook your own food as much as possible, that is the most healthy way. Good luck!
