I had a gastric bypass done on November 15th. I have noticed that I just can't tolerate meat, so have changed to certain things, mostly soy. I'm now drinking soy milk, and have tried different things with tofu. I'm a bit limited right now on the veggies, due to the healing process of my stomach. When I get the munchies, I try a handful of soy nuts or a few soy chips. My stomach is still very sensitive to a lot of things, so I have to experiment, which I feel is a good time to experiment with becoming vegetarian. I know this is a broad topic, but can anyone give me some suggestions as to what types of things I could try that would be fairly sensitive to my stomach? Any other hints or tips would also be greatly appreciated. I'm down 45 lbs since surgery...
