You don't need to eat fish to look good (and I seriously doubt the truth of your assumption that the oil in salmon makes you "glow"). In fact, the toxins in most fish make them undesirable to eat at all (most fish are highly contaminated). I use to take fish oil to help with my depression, but I found out that my whole way of eating needed an overhaul. The book that changed my life for the better is "Eat to Live" by Joel Fuhrman which explains superior nutrition for optimal health, vitality and longevity. There is an excellent review here at VegSource and a discussion board dedicated to his eating plan here. Eating a proper high nutrient density diet based on whole fresh veggies, fruits, legumes, nuts and grains while avoiding processed and animal foods is what really makes one "glow"!
