Subject: Iv'e decided to go vegan, need tips

Hey everyone,
Well I have been a vegetarian for over two years now. I have always fathomed the idea of going vegan, but since I'm only 16, I thought that it might be detrimental to my growth. However, I have been doing more research withing the past few months, and I realized that it can be great for your health if you do it right. I still live with my family, and they still buy a lot of dairy and meat products, but they totally respect my decision. It's just that, living in the house, I feel like I have less choice of what to eat now and that I might not be getting the nutrition that I need. So what are some vegan things I can buy that are not too expensive or chemical-laden? I already eat a lot of vegetables, veggie burgers, and tofu. Any other tips, ideas, or recipes for a new vegan?
