Yeah, like get some great cookbooks and make your own food! I make a fabulous vegan pizza from Bryanna's book Nonna's Italian Kitchen, honestly, even my daughter's eleven year old friends take seconds. Can you believe it!! I have a looseleaf binder full of printed recipes from New Veggies and Chef Deb (I love Bryanna's recipes the best) and have come to discover not only can you make anything vegan and delicious, but you start getting into foods you never would have tried before or didn't know existed. Each day is a fun new day of "what am I going to make today?"

Tomorrow I'm making chili with cornbread, today I made potato cakes with peanut sauce and sauteed greens, yesterday it was pizza, next week cabbage rolls, this morning "eggs" benedict, tomorrow morning pancakes, sheesh, there's just no end to the great food you can make!

By the way, John Robbins has good recipes too, I think I have "Diet for a New World" and I love the recipes in it, they're quite wonderful.
