I think there's a specific place where you can discuss cat stuff, it seems to be a rather inflammatory issue for some reason, you might want to go there and get some answers. I know one thing, cats LOVE nutritional yeast, they also love cantaloupe seeds. I'm sure mine have had soy stuff in the past and it had no adverse effects. But at any rate, find the dog/cat board and you will find the information you seek there.
