if you are able to then get some vegan cookbooks. They usually have nutritional information and great recipes. Also Joanne Stepaniak posts recipes every week from her books at this link: http://www.vegsource.com/joanne/ Just remember that you want diversity in your diet with foods like: vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, mushrooms, beans, and fruits. What you don't want are alot junky foods like chips, french fries, white flour products, sodas, and so on. When I was younger I tried to go Vegetarian and did not know what I was doing and failed because I ate a junky diet. Now I only wish I would have gotten some good veg books and I would have done much better with it. Good luck and get some books! :o)
