I'd say to start detox either by fasting on juice or water for few days or(and) if that isn't acceptable atleast do colon cleanse and high fiber diet with whole grains and raw fruit/veggies. Stress reduction for sure! No expert but works for me. Hopefully others will give their opinions so you can judge what would work best for you, Good Luck. P.S.-I don't know what to tell you about muscle mass
