I am fairly new at being vegetarian and have tried a few different substitutes. I guess everybodys taste buds are different but found that Yves veggie cuisine makes good mock meatballs called "Neatballs". The texture is really close to real meatballs. Their burgers are ok I am still undecided about the hotdogs. The chicken burgers were ok too. I haven't really used tofu yet so I can't say, but with the neatballs it is good to marinte them, for instance I will let them simmer in spagetti sauce so they soak up that flavour.
