Good old fashioned P B and J, a.k.a. peanut butter and jelly.
Cheese sandwiches, real or fake cheese. Add veggies of your choice.
Egg salad sandwiches, or, if you're adventurous, try it with Tofu.
Hummus and Pita, with sliced cucumbers or veggies of your choice
Bagel and topping
Sometimes if I'm in a rush, I just grab what's available, a granola bar, a couple peices of fruit, a yoghurt, etc...
Bunch of veggies with some kind of dip, or hummus.
Nut butter on apples or celery.
cold pasta salad
