also, anything by Joanne Stephaniak or Bryanna Clark Grogan. All of their books rock.
High Road to Health by Lindsay Wagner.

Also, if you live in the U.S., do a search on half.com. You can find many of these titles at terrific prices. Some of them are new and some have only been read once or twice. Their loss is your gain.

Oh and definately go to to healthy-eating.com This was a book company that came out of a number of associations with the Farm. The Farm was an old coop that has turned out some incredibly talented people. Louise Hagler is one of those greats and I have made virtually everthing in her cookbook.

Oh, one more great vegan cookbook but I think it's out of print. iT'
