You Go Girl!!! We're here for you if you need support!!! Oh yeah, get a copy of the New Farm Vegetarian Cookbook. It's really vegan but no one called it that back then. Oh yeah, it was edited by Loise Hagler of Tofu Cookery which is another book that belongs on your bookshelf. Anyway, congrats again. Oh, you can check half.com for either of those books. You might find a great price there.
