by example is the key. thinking about it i realised part of what helped me convert was some wonderful veg cooking i experienced visiting a friend in europe. i can win them over with yummy food, right? i've already come to the conclusion i need a collection of veggie comfort food recipes. can anyone recommend good books? (this probably isn't the right board... forgive me!)
