ps. just remembered, something that i really like that is fast and convenient, low in fat and high in protein, non-gmo too, are yves veggie cuisine veggie dogs. they're super-yummy wraped in some wholegrain bread. yves makes a lot of different meat subs, i don't eat most anymore since it was more a transition-from-meat-dependence kindof crutch, but the veggie dogs are fantastic. the burgers are really good too, although both are best barbecued.
