First of all, good for you for making this decision despite your upbringing. It can be vary hard and frightening to go up against your family...just remember that it is your body and no one can make you put meat into it if you don't want to. If you resist, your family will eventually see that you are serious and develope some degree of repect for your choice, but if you continue to eat their tainted dinners, they will never take you seriously.
