Hi. Go vegan - you'll never regret it!
I used to be a BIG fan of cheese and dairy - loved the stuff. And I avoided going vegan for years because I thought I would never be able to give up the dairy foods.

Weird thing is, though, after going without them for a few weeks, they started to smell really disgusting - like someone's stinky feet when they take their shoes off after walked all day in them. Now the smell of dairy is even worse than the smell of charred meat. I can also smell when someone has eaten it recently.

All I can say is, give it a try. Set yourself a goal of, say, 6 weeks without any dairy whatsoever (don't cheat, or you'll miss the point), and see how you feel. You'll never go back to it.

Cheers,

Leanne XXX
