I had the same problem when becoming vegan 4 months ago. You know what works - eating foods that remind you of cheese. For example, I will make a hearty sandwich with Nayaonaise and vegan deli slices. This combination just reminds me of cheese so I don't miss it. I also like to make vegan pizza - crust, sauce, and piled high with broccoli, onions, avocado, and tomato.
