I would suggest first giving red meat up...because of the colesterol, and try eating less dairy. Soy/rice milk(especially soy) are just as good(i think better) on cereal, in coffee, or just to drink. They provide a lot of protein, and it can make you feel good about your diet.White beans are low in fat, and combined with rice, you have a VITAL source of protein. Wrap them both in a flour tortilla, and voila!
