BTW, where I went to school there was a comment/suggestion board in the cafeteria. If you have this, try putting up a request for some vegan food! (Or better yet, request specific vegan recipes "How bout a tofu stir fry?!"--since many people either don't understand the word "vegan" or are somehow offended by it.) You can also band with other vegans (there must be at least one on campus somewhere) and lobby the Residential Life office (or whoever is in charge) for a change. Good luck!
