Subject: Resource(s) for Veganism

I tried becoming Vegan once and it was so difficult I actually
rebounded to meat...

I think part of the problem was I didn't want to take the time
or do the work of creating tasty dishes and combining foods correctly
for nutrition.

I would at least, while I become vegetarian, like to begin resourcing
to become vegan. Recommendations??
