you just described me to a T before I left my ex-husband. Then when I re-met my highschool sweatheart I started to fall into that trap again. I hate to say this, but I am soooo glad that my fiance was diagnosed with hypertension. Now we have the whole family on the McDougal plan, I feel great....have been without animal products for 1 month, and have lost 15lbs, allready his blood pressure is normal. -Heather
