Try a banana or 2 or some soaked dates or soaked dried apricots.
Smoothies are great too. I like to comsume easy to digest foods so
that they aren't sitting in my stomach. Oatmeal is hard to breakdown
and can leave you heavy in the gut. Plus combining the fruits with
oats can lead to poor digestion.
