Subject:         what to eat before running

HI, i'm a 22 y/o vegetarian female and i just took up running again to get back
in shape, but I don't know what I should eat for breakfast before my morning
run. On days I have class and can't run, I have oatmeal, fruit, nuts, and green
tea, but that seems to be too much food for before a run. it makes my stomach
and sides cramp up. What would be better?
