It is possible your eating plan is inadequate. However, many meat eater are low in iron so the meat eating is out of the question.
Take stock at what you are eating. You may need to revise your pantry and fridge and lose the juices, fizzy drinks, high sugar &/or high sodium snacks.
Change it all over for fresh foods such as starches, grains, legumes, vegies & fruits.
Drink lots of water as well to help with hydration and do some cardio and weight bearing exercise.
ensure your life is as stress free as possible and try to get as much rest and sleep as possible to maintain a healthy body.
Your sickness may have also come about because you unfortunately came into contact with sick people lately - could just be bad luck as well.
I hope you are on the mend and just take stock at all the you eat and your lifestyle and make logical, healthy changes.
