Hi girls,

Take as many vitamins as possible every time you eat. How? By eating fresh foods. They are jam packed with all the nutrients you need to keep you in your active lifestyles and super healthy as well.

Forget the packaged pills. No nutrition there only profits for the manufacturers.

Keep the starches, legumes, grains vegies & fruits going into your bodies every day and you will be doing great. Yes, you will need to learn to cook but some great tasting recipes can be fairly simple.

I have been following this routine for some 13 years now and feel great with a great mix of cardio and weight bearing exercise, lots of rest & sleep.

The only vitamin supp I take is B12.

I was obese & had high cholesterol prior to my change. Never again!

Ashley and Lauren, please ensure that you partake in some regular weight bearing exercise to strengthen your muscles and bones. Nothing beats strong bones like weight bearing exercise. Very important.

You girls seem to be doing just great. Well done and keep up the great lifetyle!

Take care.
