Hi CJ,
From the little you have posted, no one can really offer you any proper advice. However, there are many directions you can take to improve your daughter's daily energy requirements. Firstly, the vitamins are of no value to your daughter, only the manufacturer's profits. No need for so called vitamins in those forms. Check how much and what types of foods your daughter is eating throughout the day, every day. One can be vegan on coke and potato chips!
Seems like there is a lack of high quality input calories vs ouptut calories. What do I mean by high quality? Fresh foods such as such as portaoes, sweet potatoes, rice, grains vegetables, legumes, fruits etc.
The best way for anyone to see the day through with consistent energy is to graze as best as possible. Keep a variety of fresh produce going into the body and rid the household and body of fizzy drinks, juices and eat bananas, carrots, apples pears etc as a snack. Fresh ones, none of those ultra expensive processed stuff in packs.
Before and after soccer, have a banana at the ready, lots of water all day every day will help with hydration. None of those sports drinks that cause tooth decay. Water.
Don't get hung up on one aspect of nutrition (protein) as you will tend to neglect the other 999,999 important parts to the equation. If your daughter is eating enough fresh produce and from a variety as I mentioned above, she will be doing just fine. Your daughter is of course going through her biggest physical changes of her life now, so ensure she is adequetly fed with the best foods you can offer.
Although B12 is important, it will not help energy levels. Sleep, rest and as few late nights & parties will go a very long way to help with energy levels.
Overexercise will also contribute to fatigue, so ensure your daughter is not over training.
There are many aspects of a person's life that will cause a lack of energy including an inadequate eating plan, no matter what type.
Your daughter must take control of her eating plan but it is also an entire lifestyle, including family, soccer, homework, friends, rest, sleep etc etc etc.
If you haven't bought/read/re-read Dr John McDougall's books, please do so and have your daughter read them as well. They cover the vegan eating plan for women and men in perfect detail.
All the best
