im 22.. jus lost the weight i wanted to now i need to eat more foods which will help me build it into muscle.. im mostly concerned about my stomach.. my bellys kinna big. its got a nice six pack but i just want to turn all the excess chunk into even more muscle.. i work out 3-4 days a week ..
im thinkin of getting some vegan protein.. should that help?
