I agree. Many plant oils are great for you. I have the same problem of not being able to gain weight. I tried the raw vegan diet for one week, and lost weight in just that short period of time, so now I'm trying to figure out what to do. From what I have researched, avacados, olive oil, raw nuts, seeds, and grains seem to be the way to go. We'll see what happens.
