You say no oils, I wonder why. Does it mean no fried foods? I recommend peanut butter (the natural kind is best). It is high in healthy fat (from natural peanut oil) and protein. If you don't have a problem with it then adding two beers a day to your diet is another easy and pleasant way to add some calories (in carbs and alcohol), and moderate drinking (no more than 14 a week, spread out) has proven heart health benefits too. If you avoid any food containing oil you may find it difficult to gain weight. Many plant oils are very beneficial.
