So just recently I have been getting quit sick. I have been a vegetarian for about 4 or 5 years now. I went to the doctors and they took some blood and ran some tests. They said that they reason I have been getting sick was becaue I have low iron and was not getting enough nutrients in my body to help fight off bacteria. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should eat or good resources that I can read to find out things to help? I really don't want to start eating meat...the thought of it makes me want to throw up more.
