Subject:         pudges in abdomen

Hello. I have had a vegan diet for six years now. I have been doing aerobic exercise and light weights for about the same time. REcently, I upped my exercise regimen to 45 min. of aerobic exercise including jogging, swimming, dance, and jump rope, six days a week. I also do about 350-400 sit up/ crunches daily and weight train 3-4 days a week.

I eat fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, beans, and that's about it so I have a lo cal diet. I don't understand why I have a little bulging belly and fat on my sides that I can squeeze in my hands. Its driving me crazy becaue I feel like I'm living a really healthy lifestyle.

Anyone have any suggestions?
