Hey John, I can't say I can refer you to a published diet plan with specific nutritional ratios and recipes attached, but I get a lot of my food tips from a range of sources:
* http://www.garynull.com/ -- vegan Doc (PhD Nutritionist and researcher) with weekly radio shows on Pacifica/NPR and other radio syndicates. Has "The Gary Null Protocol" for nutrition. Athletic-nutrition tips from a doctor/vegan/marathon runner.
* http://www.menshealth.com -- not vegan, but well-organized for loooking up recipes, nutritional and workout concepts
* http://www.nutritiondata.com/ and http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/healthinfo/list_library.html -- good links to look up the nutritional values (protein, calories, etc) of non-meat foods
If you like MS Excel, I got a nice little spreadsheet with formulas that helps me track my daily carb-protein-fat intake by cross-referencing the foods I eat each meal. Seperate worksheets for foods, recipes, meals, and workouts. If this sounds helpful, shoot me an email. Good luck!
