Subject:         vegan athlete's diet

Used to be a vegan years ago and now want to get back into it. I exercise 5 times a week: weight training 2-3 times a week and cardio the other three days. Right now I eat mostly chicken, fish, and some tofu and beef.
My personal trainer and I are trying to find diet plans with recipes that'll meet my training needs. I belong to 24 hour Fitness gym in southern CA and they don't have a diet plan for vegans to incoporate as part of my training program.

Any suggestions on where to find information and other materials?
