Here's my workout:
I alternate Upper Body and Lower Body training and I train just with dumbbells and no machines

Chest:
Dumbbell Bench Presses
Dumbbell Flyes

Shoulders:
Dumbbell Presses
Lateral Raises

Back:
Dumbbell Rows
Dumbbell Pullovers

Biceps:
Curls
Seated Curls

Triceps
Dumbbell Triceps Extensions
Lying Triceps Extensions

Quadriceps
Dumbbell Squats
Dumbbells Steps-up

Harmstrings:
Dumbbell Lunges
Straight-Leg Deadlifts

Calves:
Angled Calf Raises
One Leg Calf Raises

Abs:
Crunches
Bent Knee Leg Raises

I do 4 sets per body part
1 set normal weight 12 reps
2 set double weight 8 reps
3 set again normal weight 12 reps
4 set normal weight 12 reps of the second exercise

I rest one minute between set but doesn't rest between third and fourth set and two minutes between body part

Good? Bad? Opinions? Advices?
