Okay here it goes....I'm a 47 yr old female 5'3" and weight about 125lbs. I have a small frame so I know that's too much. I work out 6 days a weeks MWF i do weights (fairly heavy) and T,Th&sat I do the treadmill for about 30 min. I also do some kind of sit-ups everyday. I'm a vegan and eat a fairly low fat diet. What in the world am I doing wrong? It's gotta be something! This gut of mine is so ugly that I always wear baggy clothes to cover up which makes me look even fatter! Help!!!! I really don't want to fork out $8000.00 for a tummy tuck.
