So I'm a Canadian student spending 3 months in France. I'm a competitive biathlete and therefore run everyday. My problem is that I'm at a boarding school for the week, and they don't have any veggie alternatives to the menu. I can just skip the meat but I think I'm getting protein deficent. Does anyone have any ideas? Should I take protein bars? I'm lacto-ovo, so I don't mind if they have dairy
