Subject:	Dizzy spells

Hi, I'm wondering if any of you know what causes dizzy spells. I have been getting the ALOT lately. Yesterday i had 3 of them. I heard that older people are supose to get them, but im only 14!! If any of you know why this could be, please lemme know.
