I had my "first" workout today, I followed HST guidelines but I had to substitute few exercises because I can't join a gym right now.
This is my workout:

Legs

Lunge 1x 10
Straight Leg Deadlift 2x10

Chest

Bench Press 2x10
Pullover 1x10

Back

BentOverRow 2x10
Shrug 1x10

Shoulder

ShoulderPress 1x10
Lateral Raises 1x10
Upright Row 1x10

Biceps

Curl 2x10

Triceps

Tricep Extension 2x10

Calves

Calf Raise 2x10

Abdominal

Abs crunches 2x10

My postworkout smoothie meal:

1 banana
1 cup frozen straberries
1 cup orange juice
1/5 cup soy milk
1 tbs cashew butter
