Thanks Chris for your reply I will follow your suggestions and I'm just checking the HST forum. The problem is I don't have a routine. In other words I may have got some hint of the right intensity and volume and reps x sets, but I don't know the "movements" or the exercises to exercise the whole body and in which order. I found some sample workout routines here: http://www.exrx.net/WeightTraining/Instructions.html But I don't know which one to choose Can you help me? Thanks David
