Hi I wonder if someone could suggest me a good weight lifting routine to exercise the body and increase the lean body mass. I've never tried weight lifting before. I've just bought a set of dumbbells and plates but I have no idea how much weight should I lift or how many reps of what kind exercises should I do, even thought I found the ones in this site http://exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html very interesting. I'm a beginner so supposedly I can still lose fat body mass while gaining lean body mass (something my body won't be able to do anymore once it is accustomed to weight lifting) I'm following the Eat to Live diet with no wheat, just soaked and sprouted grains and legumes, and lot of nuts, fruits, vegetables, olive oil, avocados and few eggs. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks David
