I use it faithfully (a serving once a day). I'm a competitive middle-long distance runner and I have it in a meal replacement recovery shake, post-run. I use the manitoba harvest brand, I found it to be the most affordable and the word on the street it is the most fresh. I have used Whey (pre-veganism) and soy and I find hemp the best. I assume (because I'm not a dietician or expert) it to be a superior protein because it is a raw, complete protein, which means it still contains all of its vital vitamins, minerals, essential oils (it is an omega 6&3 source), enzymes and fiber. And to top all of that I find it to be the best tasting protein supplement.
