Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself on the board. I have recently been getting more into biking. I have been mountain biking for a number of years, but this summer I also bought a road bike and have been riding that as well. My ideal schedule is to road bike M, W, F, and S or Su and mountain bike Th and S or Su (so that's one day a week--Tues--with no biking). On the weekdays I'm limited to a one hour ride, but can go longer on the weekends. Of course, weather and obligations that pop up often prevent me from keeping that ideal schedule. I'm also trying to do some minor strength training. I really want to do pullups (I have a bar in my apt) but I can do only one at the moment! I have been a vegetarian for about 11 years, and recently started to eat mostly vegan. Ideally, I'd eat a McDougall-type diet, but I have trouble sticking to it. Those are the basics. I guess I may have specific questions later on.
