2) Thurs Oct 17 Bus Tour -- sign up!
Join us for an all-day bus tour around Los Angeles on Thursday, Oct 17. The bus leaves at 9:00 am Thursday from the Warner Center Marriott Hotel in Woodland Hills, CA (where the Expo is taking place).
We'll head to the Getty Museum, then have a healthy vegan lunch in Beverly Hills, followed by visits to the Farmer's Market, then Universal Studios CityWalk, then back to the Woodland Hills area for another delicious, healthy meal! You can walk from the restaurant back to the hotel, or ride the bus at the end of dinner.
It's going to be an amazing day...with fun, humor, singing and strolling around Los Angeles and enjoying the sites and great weather we're having. To get a ticket for the Bus Tour, go here:
We hope to see you at the Expo!
Come meet participants from EarthSave's MEALS FOR HEALTH program!
A half dozen participants from the recent plant-based intervention program are coming down for the weekend and will be talking about how their lives changed when they adopted a low-fat plantbased diet. You will not want to miss this inspirational presentation!
Top speakers, inspiring individuals, great food, exercise classes, beautiful surroundings and lots of wonderful, like-minded people! Join us for the weekend!

Stackable Gourmet -- New Product!
At VegSource, we pretty much eat basic food, mostly as grown, minimally processed. The healthiest way possible.
But just because you're eating simple food doesn't mean you can't make it look magnificent!
In fact, you can make it look pretty darned "gourmet" in just a couple minutes, thanks to a nifty new device a friend of ours, Sarah Taylor, invented.
It's called the Stackable Gourmet and we're helping Sarah get the word out.
Check the photo below to see the concept, and if you're interested to know more or pick one up, you can get that info here:
It's very easy to use, even on leftovers. Just put an ingredient on the bottom layer, tamp it down, and repeat with different foods on different layers.
Once you have your layers done, remove the mold, and presto! Time for a little elegance at the dinner table! :)
Try it out, and send us a photo of your masterpiece to post!
