A lot of top obesity "experts" say they know what makes people fat, and how to fix it.
The only problem is: they just can't seem to do it where their own body is concerned!
How is it that in this country, fat people can get on television posing as obesity experts?
We all know there's one group of weight loss experts who aren't fat -- those who teach a healthy, whole food, plant-based diet.

This video is perfect! I have many places to share it and I was just in a discussion where some female was talking about the benefits of eating lard!
After I refuted with lots of scientific data, I mentioned that Weston A. Price Foundation leaders are overweight and the doctors representing plant based diets in the studies I shared are all slim and active. Can't wait to post this video under that discussion!
The "Obesity Experts" are telling folks what they want to hear. Continue with your addictive habits, make minor changes and loose weight! If this worked, they would not be so FAT!!
Thank you so much VegSource for having such guts to do this! You are doing the work reporters (like I used to be) should be doing. GreatVeganAthletes.com just posted me as 1 of 5 women runners on their site.
At 60, I just placed 3rd in State (FL) in the 200, 400 & 1500 meters, 4th in the 100 meters. My 100m time is :06 slower than NCAA college girls listed in the USC '12 Media Guide. I go to Nationals in Cleveland this summer. Placed in 42 5K races or longer in my age group since '06. 1st marathon in '10, 5th oldest female to finish.
Publisher of "Running Journal" where I'm a columnist, tells me it's rare to find anyone with my sprint times finishing a marathon. Only 1 answer: plant-based diet! Thanks for your great work!! Keep it up!!!
BRILLIANT! LOVE IT 1 WIL SHARE!!!!
did over weight is same like obesity?
