All right stop, collaborate and listen. Ice is back with my brand-new invention. Something grabs a hold of me tightly. Veggies on menu, daily and nightly.

As much as some people may try, it's hard to dislike Vanilla Ice (a.k.a. Robert Van Winkle). A former '90s rap sensation who skyrocketed to fame with the hit "Ice, Ice Baby", the 42-year-old now has his own home re-modeling television show on the DIY Network called "The Vanilla Ice Project".

While there's little to indicate if Vanilla's got any green inclinations when it comes to building, we do know that his diet is earth-friendly. 

"You know how some people can have a bunch of cheeseburgers and get high cholesterol? Mine was hereditary," he revealed recently. "I tried being vegetarian for three months, and it brought my cholesterol from over 300 to 133 without drugs."
