[Togo is a small French-speaking country in west Africa, between Ghana and Nigeria]

I am Mokafo-Brhom Yeleneke, the president of vegan students association of Togo. Recently we organised some activities spreading veganism to population of Togo. On March 19th, 2010, by anticipation on 20th, we organised the International "Meat Out" day (Journee Internationale Sans Viande) at the University of Lome. We presented to the authorities and students as much as we could vegan meat. We made chunks kebab (from Soy) and had every student that we came across taste the vegan meat.

We hope you will like the photos. We are working hard to spread vegan with the support and many friends. See you soon for other reports of our activities.
